Peter Ogg & Shannon Vermicomposting left Ireland simply because the local council could not stand the competition of having a fully licensed vermicomposting facility with a preservation order granted by Judge Buttamer at the circuit court Nenagh 24th July 2004 to trade as per the waste permit and planning permission granted.
All biodegradable waste delivered to coolross for processing had the prior approval of the EPA in writing.
North Tipperary County Council entered proceedings ex parte into the High Court without the permission of the Master of the court and avoided the strict criteria of rateable value pertaining to the court you are allowed to enter an action, this was pointed out to NTCC by His Honour Judge Herbert NTCC case MCA 24/25 had been entered into the High Court illegally and to date have not paid the outstanding claim submitted to both them or their insurers which is in excess of 100 million Euros, it should be noted that 2 undertakings were given by NTCC to compensate Peter Ogg & Shannon Vermicomposting.
Peter Ogg and his family left Ireland because they were driven out by violence intimidation and threats to their life instigated by NTCC who via their Environmental Scientist Ray Spain (no Qualifications) said NTCC would up the anti if we did not do as NTCC said this resulted in several gun threats and the premises being peppered with gunshots and eventually burnt to the ground and vandalised by head of the thugs Willy Lamb & Nora Kennedy ( School Mistress).
